Manor Croft Business Solutions Ltd was founded by Carol Dodson, Director, in 2026 when diversifying from Manor Croft (Accountants) Limited to provide a conclusive outsourced and fractional finance team solution to current and new clients.

Meet the Team

Carol offers experience as a finance leader and chartered manager to various clients and businesses, across agriculture, estates, property, charities, and group environments.

Her vision is that Manor Croft Business Solutions Ltd will become their clients’ finance team for all day to day requirements, but that the Director led service will also support to build highly effective robust finance functions, improve governance and controls, and partnering at Board level to support decision‑making though thought leadership, high integrity, and the ability to modernise systems while developing capable, motivated teams.

Tanya provides expert bookkeeping, payroll and office management services tailored to our clients, and has several years’ experience in the; rural, hospitality, and tourism sectors.

As a Level 1 and 2 Accredited Xero Associate, Tanya uses advanced cloud accounting tools to manage financial data efficiently and effectively.

Whether delivering bookkeeping, reporting, or embedding herself into client teams as a finance assistant, Tanya ensures our clients always have the accurate data insight they need to grow and manage their businesses.

She supports Manor Croft Business Solutions and our clients to ensure that they have access to people-first strategies with an approach that blends expertise with practical solutions to create inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

Elander is our wonderful creative! She assists with website maintenance, along with keeping the social platform posts for Manor Croft Business Solutions relevant and current.
